We follow the The Furniture Ombudsman Code of Practice and abide by decisions of their concilliation service, a form of alternative dispute resolution. If there are any problems with the installation of your goods, we'll give you access to this service should your complaint not be resolved within 28 days of commencement. The Furniture Ombudsman will hold 20% of the order value in an independent trust account while it considers any complaint. This sum is released only when they have reached a decision. If they find in your favour, we will put matters right, and pay the agreed level of compensation.
